WriteProposal.ai is the next evolution of Rfply.com — a winning proposal agency expanding into a smart, AI-driven platform to revolutionize how proposals are crafted and delivered. We're building a powerful, doc-like interface powered by state-of-the-art AI to help organizations draft, refine, and win more deals. We're backed by proven traction, existing clients, and the urgency to scale with speed.

The Role: Co-Founder & Technical Builder

We're looking for a hands-on technical co-founder who can take charge of building the WriteProposal.ai product from the ground up. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and modern frontend UX to shape a next-generation proposal creation tool. This isn’t just a job — it’s a founding seat.

Your Mission

• Architect and develop a collaborative document interface inspired by tools like Notion, Google Docs, and Linear
• Implement integrations with AI models (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs) to enhance proposal generation, customization, and learning loops
• Optimize for real-time performance and security while hosting on Cloudflare Workers/Pages/AI
• Collaborate on the product roadmap, strategy, and vision with the founding team
• Hire, manage, and scale a future dev team as we grow
• Help prepare for WriteProposal.ai’s launch on YC

You’ll Thrive If You Have

• A strong portfolio of previous projects in AI tools, productivity apps, or dev platforms
• Deep comfort with modern dev stacks: React, Next.js, Typescript, Vite, Tailwind, Cloudflare stack (or similar)
• Familiarity with integrating and fine-tuning LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures
• Experience with collaborative editors (e.g. Slate, Tiptap, ProseMirror, or similar)
• High ownership, fast iteration mindset, and the ability to work independently with founders
• Bonus: Contributions to open-source AI projects or past SaaS product launches

Compensation

This is a Co-Founder role. Compensation is a mix of equity and salary , reflecting the early-stage nature and the long-term upside potential.
