A respected General Contractor in San Antonio is hiring a Superintendent to manage the field execution of ground-up commercial projects. These aren’t just buildings — they’re schools, clinics, churches, and public-use spaces that shape the community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the day-to-day on active job sites
• Managing subcontractors, schedules, and job site logistics
• Ensuring safety compliance (OSHA 30) and job site cleanliness
• Coordinating closely with PMs, Owners, Architects, and Engineers
• Leading field meetings, inspections, and reporting
• Monitoring materials, deliveries, labor, and costs
• Mentoring field staff and encouraging crew performance

What You Bring:

🔹 5+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction

🔹 Strong background in K-12, healthcare, or institutional sectors

🔹 OSHA 30 certification

🔹 Steady work history — you’re not jumping job to job

🔹 Confident communicator and skilled problem solver

🔹 Able to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and schedules
