A well-established commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead on-site operations for diverse construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and code-compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety standards.
• Coordinate work schedules, inspections, and material deliveries to maintain progress.
• Review blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Supervise site crews and subcontractors for optimal productivity and quality.
• Serve as the on-site safety lead; document incidents and uphold all compliance protocols.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and office staff on schedules, costs, and change documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, including 3+ years as a superintendent.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA 10/30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain – training available).
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and deadlines.
