Identifying patterns and trends in data sets Working alongside teams within the business, Solution team or the Technical team to establish business needs. Documenting the data mapping rules for migration. Skills and experience Skills- 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis & Development experience Junior role 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis & Development experience Mid role Have solid consulting ability across SSIS, SSRS, and expert in data profiling/analysis, SQL, and data deduplication/cleansing processes Strong Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze and critically evaluate gathered information to resolve conflicts, anticipate issues and make priority decisions. You will have ideally worked within a client-facing capacity, with the interpersonal and communication skills to manage and influence key relationships with stakeholders.
