GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Disaster Recovery Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the development of advance arrangements and procedures to ensure that the HFH IT Organization is prepared for and can respond to a disaster. This role ensures that the critical business functions can be resumed within a defined time frame and the amount of data loss is minimized, and any stricken IT facilities can be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. This position will also be responsible for assisting the Program Manager for IT Service Continuity in any actual disaster recovery declaration, as well as the return to normalcy after facilities or systems are rebuilt. This position will need to perform the following duties and be proficient with the tools listed below: Business Impact Analysis Emergency Management Planning Governance/Risk/Compliance/Third Party Attestations & Audits Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and associated testing documentation Work with all healthcare teams and resources at all levels Word, Excel, ServiceNow, SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

BS/BA in related discipline or Advanced degree (or equivalent Work experience). Five to eight (5-8) years of successful experience in related field. ITIL and or other industry certification, preferred. PMP, preferred. Experience in a Health Care environment and familiarity with HIPAA, preferred.
