BCforward is currently seeking a highly IT Project Manager opportunity Charlotte, NC ! Position Title: IT Project Manager/Technical Delivery Lead Location: Charlotte, NC Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to the change. Expected Duration: 12 months contract Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, HYBRID During training, it may be in the office more for training. Otherwise, flexible as long as performing and able to be reached.) Pay Range: $60/hr -$65/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due the factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: ~ Tech Delivery Lead, is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. ~ This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery. ~ Coordinates and facilitates routines to support technology delivery –e.g .kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. ~ Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. ~ Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined deliverables. ~ Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. ~ Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks /issues, and schedule. ~ Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. ~ Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership. ~ Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. ~ Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery /execution ~ Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy ~ Strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients ~ Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines ~ Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills ~5-7 years project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience Keywords: Oracle Financial ,Jira and change management Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
