Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Technician to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. The successful candidate will provide maintenance and troubleshooting support across multiple healthcare sites. This role involves working with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure all facilities operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems across multiple healthcare sites.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems, electrical components, and mechanical equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Mobile Support: Utilize the company vehicle to travel between healthcare sites, providing prompt and reliable maintenance services.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service calls, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with healthcare staff, addressing maintenance needs and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling between multiple sites.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus.
