Fischbach is the world's largest supplier of plastic packaging to the sealants and adhesives industry. The Fischbach USA-Kentucky Injection Molding Department Manager reports directly to the North American Operations Director and is responsible for driving Key Operational performance indicators for the Kentucky facility (our largest worldwide facility). Key Performance Indicators include
The Department manager will oversee all preventative and emergency maintenance for the injection molding department, including responsibility for cooling systems and other plant infrastructure.
The Department Manager will also act as Champion for all capital projects in the Molding Area and will be a key member of our Product Commercialization Process team.
The Department manager will provide leadership, training and support for all molding department personnel. All molding process technicians, mold and machine maintenance technicians, and process engineers will report to the Molding Department Manager and their assistants.
