Infosys is seeking an Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (Oracle RPAS) / Advanced Inventory Planning (Oracle AIP) Lead Consultant with implementation and application support experience. The position's primary responsibility will be development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. This position will be responsible for project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Candidate should be willing to relocate or must be willing to commute to any one of the mentioned location - Richardson, TX / Raleigh NC / Indianapolis, IN / Phoenix, AZ / Harford, CT. This position may require travel.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle – RPAS and/or AIP. (Primary)
- Strong understanding of MFP, IP, RDF, RO, Supply and Demand Planning (Secondary)
- Experience in Retail Planning and Forecasting and Supply chain Management.
- Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.

- Experience with implementation and support of Oracle – RPAS and/or AIP.
- Detail and process oriented performer and go-getter.
- Effectively identifies the potential risks and issues even before they could occur, and communicates the same, follows them up with various stake holders to get the closure on them.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
- Exhibits excellent leadership traits to set the standards and lead by example, mentors, inspires, and nurtures the teams (offshore, and onsite) to effectively build great teams, and knows when to delegate.
- Must have an eye for detail to do the technical reviews of various deliverables.
- Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
