- Detailed oriented to ensure plumbing installations meet quality standards and comply with regulations

- Safety focused to ensure they enforce job site safety protocols to protect workers and maintain compliance
The Experience We'd Love To See: - Plumbing experience with ten years or more hands-on experience, preferably with a journeyman or master plumber certification
- Supervisory experience managing teams, assigning tasks, and overseeing plumbing projects
- Familiarity with local and national plumbing codes to ensure compliance
- Project management experience in scheduling, budgeting and coordinating with other team members
- Problem solving abilities to troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
- Experience enforcing safety protocols and maintaining high-quality standards
What You'll Get To Do: - Supervise plumbers, helpers, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards
- Planning manpower needs, assigning tasks, and coordinating with other trades on construction sites
- Inspecting plumbing installations to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Addressing installation conflicts, troubleshooting plumbing issues, and ensuring smooth project execution
- Ensuring job site safety protocols are followed by all employees and subcontractors
- Keeping records of project progress, inspections, and any necessary adjustments
