Job Title: RCM Sales Associate

Department : Sales & Business Development

Location : Remote / On-site (as applicable)

Reports To : Sales Manager / VP of Sales

Job Type : Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven RCM Sales Associate to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling healthcare services—particularly Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and related reimbursement services —to physicians, clinics, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage prospective healthcare providers (solo practitioners, group practices, FQHCs, and hospitals).
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, conferences, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update CRM with prospect and lead details.

📞 Client Engagement

  • Conduct compelling presentations and demos of RCM solutions, including RPM/CCM/RTM/BHI services.
  • Explain how RCM solutions can improve collections, reduce denials, and ensure compliance .
  • Understand the unique needs of different specialties (e.g., primary care, cardiology, pain management).

🤝 Deal Closure

  • Drive full-cycle sales from first contact to signed service agreement.
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals, ROI calculations, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Collaborate with legal and operations teams to finalize onboarding and contract execution.

📊 Reporting & Targets

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track pipeline activity, revenue potential, and client feedback.
  • Provide weekly reports and forecasts to management.

✅ Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales , preferably in RCM, EHR, or medical billing services.
  • Strong understanding of CMS billing codes (e.g., 99453, 99457, 99490) and healthcare reimbursement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-suite executives, practice managers, and physicians.

💡 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with EHR systems like eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, or Cerner.
  • Experience with selling RPM or CCM services to U.S.-based providers.
  • Prior exposure to value-based care models and payer mix analysis .
