Department: PVH CV Sonography

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $47.57 - $76.11 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop high-performing sonography teams across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural areas, fostering a collaborative and patient-focused culture that supports clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Drive strategic growth and innovation within the Cardiac Sonography department by identifying service expansion opportunities, advancing imaging capabilities, and aligning with cardiovascular service line objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations and resource allocation to ensure timely, high-quality diagnostic imaging services, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing the patient experience.
  • Mentor and empower staff through performance coaching, competency development, and succession planning , cultivating a resilient workforce prepared to meet evolving patient care demands

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree. Preferred: Master's Degree.
  • Required Licensure/Certification: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), OR Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) through ARDMS, OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), OR Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) though CCI, OR Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), OR Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT), OR Cardiovascular Technician with RCIS (CVT/RCIS), OR State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.
Credentials:

  • RDCS STRONGLY PREFERRED
  • Reg Cardiovascular Invasive Spec.
  • Registered Sonographer
  • Registered Vascular Specialist
  • Reg Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer
  • Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer
BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
