Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements related to process improvements and operational analysis for customer-facing services.
• Collaborate with clients and KPMG teams to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Apply consulting expertise and industry knowledge to project execution.
• Develop client value propositions linking financial metrics to business improvements.
• Contribute to engagement planning, resource management, and staff development.

Qualifications

• At least three years of management consulting experience, particularly in customer service, contact centers, or digital customer fields, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• Deep knowledge in areas such as customer service transformation, experience design, workforce management, quality management, and digital platforms.
• Experience evaluating benchmarks, managing contact center technologies, and implementing improvements.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
