Position OverviewWe are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and execute organic social media programs, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, for our diverse clientele. As part of our digital services expansion, we have offered branded and executive social media for the past two years. Those services, particularly executive social, have grown significantly and we are seeking a manager who can build from existing success to take us to the next level. The ideal candidate has in-depth experience managing executive social media or personal brand(s) and is also confident in their abilities to ensure branded programs are executed at a high level. This role involves managing a small team, aligning social media initiatives with sales processes, enhancing internal workflows, and ensuring that our social media efforts translate into tangible business outcomes for our clients. This is a full-time position that can be based in TX or MA. The role is largely remote with limited in-office time in Boston or Austin, so preference will be given to candidates with achievable, occasional access to those cities.
