Our client, an artisanal luxury fine jewelry brand, is looking for a dynamic store manager to join their team responsible for demonstrating leadership and organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage sales team by leading & motivating for optimal performance to achieve goals
• Oversee team's schedule for seamless store operations
• Work closely with production and in-house goldsmiths for accurate order processing
• Manage and maintain store visual standards
• Ensure sales team is proactively following up and building relationship with clients
• Communicate monthly targets to sales team and provide support as needed
• Development partnership through collaboration with hotels, clothing stores, restaurants etc.
• Collect and review client feedback for better assortment and maximized opportunities

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in a selling and providing customer service as top performer
• Must have experience in fine jewelry
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-starter, highly motivated, excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Detail oriented, agile and passionate
