What You’ll Need:

✔ Vocational or technical training a plus (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
✔ Previous maintenance, construction, or labor experience a bonus
✔ Ability to lift heavy loads and work on your feet all day
✔ Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Flexible schedule — some weekends or holidays may be required
What You’ll Do:
🔧 Perform minor repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
🔍 Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds to spot issues early
🛠️ Use tools safely to complete tasks efficiently
🌿 Help with groundskeeping, landscaping, and site cleanup
📝 Keep simple records of maintenance and repairs
👷 Follow all safety rules — and help keep the workplace safe for everyone
