Job Description

Trueline's client, a respected personal injury law firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join their team in Woodland Hills, CA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in the personal injury legal field and advance their careers.

What You'll Do as the Personal Injury Case Manager:

*ONE YEAR OF CA PI CASE MANAGER EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Conduct initial client consultations and gather essential information
Oversee case files and ensure all documentation is current
Liaise with insurance providers to file claims and negotiate settlements
Handle property damage and loss of use claims
Deliver exceptional client service and maintain consistent client communication
Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and keep clients informed of case progress
Perform administrative duties including document scanning, data entry, and filing
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards
Work collaboratively with attorneys and team members to support case strategies
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Must-Haves as the Personal Injury Case Manager:

Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities
Meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency with legal/case management software and relevant technology
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, attorneys, and court personnel

Nice-To-Haves as the Personal Injury Case Manager:

Prior experience in personal injury or legal case management
