Responsibilities:

1. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for Asset Management clients.
2. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, sharing industry knowledge and experiences.
3. Oversee a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope, acting as the primary contact for internal and external clients.
4. Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects.
5. Advise clients and ensure high-quality tax service and advice delivery.
6. Participate in and contribute to market and business activities outside the firm.

Additional responsibilities for Senior Manager:

1. Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and project budgets.
2. Collaborate with other professionals to identify new market opportunities and grow the tax practice.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, JD/LLM, or EA license, or other approved credentials. If not possessed at hire, must be obtained within one year.
3. Experience with pass-through entities and partnerships.
4. Experience managing multiple client engagements and service teams.

Additional qualifications for Senior Manager:

1. Minimum eight years of relevant experience in pass-through and partnership tax.
2. Experience mentoring and counseling staff-level team members.
